Do I need to bring my own yoga mat?
We provide our own mats, so it is not necessary to bring your own.
May I bring my dog?
It is not possible to bring your own dog. Our certified partner breeders bring their puppies to ensure a harmonious and controlled experience. This ensures that the puppies are well-socialized and comfortable in the environment.
Do we need to know how to do yoga?
Puppy yoga is open to all levels. The sessions are designed to be accessible to everyone, with a focus on relaxation and enjoyment rather than performance.
What is the minimum age requirement?
7 years old.
How to use the gift card?
To use the gift card, you simply needs to sign up for a session, selecting the package specified on the card (solo or duo). During the payment process, you can enter the card code in the designated box at the top right of the page. The gift card is valid for one year from the date of acquisition.
I am apprehensive about interacting with dogs, will I feel safe?
The puppies participating in our sessions are carefully selected to ensure a relaxing and enjoyable experience in a secure environment. Joining a Puppy Yoga session could be a first step for you to become acquainted with our furry friends.

Is it possible to reschedule a session for which I have already registered?
If you are unable to attend, you can exchange your spot up to 5 days before your session. Please send us an email at customer@puppy-yogaclub.com. You will then receive a gift card (valid for one year) that will allow you to book again for the session of your choice.

Our Puppy Yoga sessions have numerous benefits for the puppies. They promote socialization by allowing interaction through play and affection with various types of people in a controlled and secure environment. Exposure to new situations (new sounds and smells) also provides rich mental stimulation, aiding in the development of curiosity, adaptability, and confidence.
Where do the puppies come from?
The puppies that participate in our Puppy Yoga classes are carefully selected and come from our partner breeders.
Where do the puppies go after the sessions?
The puppies go back home with their breeder (present on-site). They then join their foster family in the days or weeks that follow.
What is the breed of the puppies?
The breed of the puppies varies from one session to another and is often kept a secret until the last moment.
However, we sometimes reveal it on our Instagram account a few days before the sessions 😇
How many puppies are present during the session?
It depends on the number of participants. The number of puppies varies between 6 and 10.
What is the age of the puppies?
The puppies are between 8 and 12 weeks old.
