What happens during a class?
A 60-minute class: 30 minutes of beginner-friendly yoga with a certified instructor, then 30 minutes of playtime to cuddle and take photos with the puppies.
Do I need yoga experience?
Not at all. Our classes are designed for all levels, including complete beginners: the yoga is gentle and focused on relaxation and fun.
